2004 BMW 325i convertible

Description

2004 BMW 325i, one owner car.  Car ran fine until a few days ago, started up but heard noise and immediately shut it down.  I did jack up the car, got underneath and turned the crankshaft by hand, so the engine is free.  I believe the part that plastic guide that keeps the timing chain tight failed!  Your gain my lose.  Bring a trailer!  Body is excellent, Top is in very good condition.  Tires are a few years old and are showing it.  Front drivers side headlight does not work, needs a part.  Gray seats, Drivers seat has wear.  Top in Excellent condition and rear window Excellent.
Update, car runs but sputters!
Have driven the car over 50 miles in the last week, it appears that bad gas and old spark plugs were the problem.  Still has some old gas left and sputters but once it warms up, it runs fine.
