Offering for your consideration is this
Vintage Mid-Century Christmas Corsage or Package Adornment Made in Japan.
This corsage features two gold foil leaves, a bow constructed of clear plastic or cellophane and edged with pinking shears, two real snow flocked pine cones, four pine tree green chenille stems each endowed with 3 green glass mercury beads and a small red ribbon bow.  The item measures more than
5"W x 5"H
and has a paper
Japan tag still attached.
*The foil leaves are wrinkled and dog eared and the pine cones are partially deteriorated but this is still a great nostalgic piece of Christmas past.  It doesn't have a pin on the back.  It is in remarkably good condition considering the fragility of the materials and the age of nearly 70 years.
